Shipping Policy

This store ships the Supergoop! sunscreen, lip care, sets and accessories shown in its catalog to destinations offered at checkout. The checkout displays available services, charges and the order total before purchase.

Two stages of delivery

Once payment is authorized, allow 1–2 business days for order processing. Estimated travel time after dispatch is 4–6 business days. Those periods are separate; neither is a guaranteed delivery date. Business-day estimates exclude weekends and applicable holidays.

Address and tracking

Please enter the complete delivery address and review it before placing an order. Carrier tracking, when issued, provides the latest scan information. A scan can be delayed or corrected, and shipping availability varies by destination.

Delivery problems

For a stalled shipment, missing parcel, premature delivered scan or damaged package, write to ozavosuri75@gmail.com. Provide your order number, checkout email, tracking reference if available and useful photographs. We will review the information and help pursue the appropriate carrier inquiry.
